Block-Modular Equipment

Master-Engineering LLC manufactures block-modular equipment for various purposes. Functionality of the product varies depending on the customer's requirements and may consist of the following elements:

PURIFICATION UNIT

It is intended for purification of medium from mechanical and/or chemical impurities, moisture or gas separation.

PREPARATION UNIT

It is designed to provide the required parameters of the working medium: pressure (increase or decrease), temperature (increase or decrease).

PUMPING UNIT

Designed for pumping the working medium with the required flow rate and/or pressure.

VALVE UNIT

Designed for shutting off and redirecting the flow of the working medium (with maintaining the required output pressure if necessary).

MEASURING UNIT

Designed to measure the flow rate of the medium in the required units.

LIQUEFACTION UNIT

It is intended for conversion of gas into liquid state. Various technological processes are used for liquefaction.

PROTECTOR

Protects the system against changes in the working medium parameters in excess of permissible values, breakthrough of the working medium and against critical changes in the external environment.

IMPURITY SUPPLY UNIT

Designed for dosed supply of certain impurities to the medium.

TECHNICAL UNIT

Designed to ensure technical functioning of the module and may include various equipment.

STORAGE UNIT

Designed for temporary or long-term storage of the medium.

MEDIUM QUALITY METERING UNIT

Serves for automatic analysis of the working medium quality.

AUXILIARY UNIT

It is designed to provide the module operation with engineering systems (power supply, heating, lighting, ventilation, etc.), as well as automation systems.

SAMPLING UNIT

It is designed to provide sampling of the working medium for its analysis.

DRAINAGE UNIT

Designed for partial or complete emptying of the module.

The units are designed for operation with liquid and gaseous medium for oil and gas, chemical, food and other industries.

THE UNITS ARE MANUFACTURED IN DIFFERENT PLACEMENT VARIANTS

Cabinet Version

Designed to ensure technical functioning of the module and can include various equipment.

Frame Version

Designed to ensure technical operation of the module and may include various equipment.

Block-container version

Designed to ensure technical operation of the module and may include various equipment.

If necessary, module units can be placed on several freestanding frames, cabinets and/or block modules, including those combined into a single structure.
The modular unit can be equipped with an automation and control system. The composition of the system is determined by the requirements of the technical specification and may consist of:
  • Accounting and control of operating and environmental parameters;

  • Control of the state of the installation equipment;

  • Control of the state and operation of protective systems;

  • Control (switching on, switching off, output to the required parameters) of the installation equipment;

  • Storage and transfer of signals and collected parameters to upper level control systems;

  • Signaling of exceeding the operating and environmental parameters;

  • Other functions.
